Our fully equipped in-house tool room facility in Birmingham has the ability to design and manufacture all types of press tools, jigs, dies and fixtures and is capable of meeting all of A E Harris’s toolmaking needs.
Our experienced toolmakers are always available for discussion and are often involved in new product design and development, from concept stage to completion, allowing customer involvement at all stages of manufacture.
CAD/CAM provides fast and accurate tool layouts, interfacing with CNC wire eroding, machining and turning centres. All of this combined with our conventional machining means we are well placed to meet all our customers needs.
