 Our machining facility is equipped with conventional, NC and CNC lathes turning a wide variety of materials in bar diameters from 3mm to 75mm diameter.
Max turned diameter 300mm (11.8") Max turned length 400mm (15.740") Accuracy / repeatability (CNC) +/- 0,025mm
CNC Milling centres (X axis up to 1000mm. Y axis 500mm. Z axis 450mm) with added 4th axis for contouring. Accuracy and repeatability as above.  CAD/CAM capacity allows us to offer subcon design, drawing and programming service.
Able to input DXF or IGES formatted on e-mail.
Conventional + CNC milling upto 1mtr x 0.5mtr on bed,
Add to this standard ancillary equipment, e.g. drilling, tapping, milling, grinding, the department can offer a broad mix of competitively priced quality products to satisfy a wide range of customer demands.
